A full design and construct completed for GPT Group, resulting in a fresh and vibrant new space that was immediately snapped up by a new tenant.
This project for the GPT Group involved the design and fitout of Level 12 of 8 Exhibition St, Melbourne.
When this tenancy became available, GPT decided to engage Topic to complete a demolition and make good of the space, followed by a complete redesign and full custom fitout.
These works resulted in the space being immediately leased upon completion.
