Creating two unique spaces with the highest calibre custom fit-out is where Topic shone for this project.
Topic were commissioned to design and deliver two floors at 189 Flinders Lane.
This fit-out presented a challenge of how to introduce visual interest in a space where the windows didn’t offer the skyline views synonymous with the CBD or an abundance of natural light.
On level 4, we were able to create a unique soho loft style space to give the atmosphere of being in downtown Manhattan. On level 5, we brought the outside in, with a focus on nature and natural elements throughout.
Combined with our expertise in custom joinery, ability to source premium furnishings and high standard of finish, these two spaces delivered an exceptional result for our client, Dexus.
